Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for our stay. We loved having everything accessible on one level. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the screened porch and cocktails by the pool in the afternoons. So convenient having our boat to jump in at any time. Definitely recommend!

Manatee Oasis

We loved everything about this place. The home was spacious and lovely. The outdoor pool area was perfect. We enjoyed eating in the tiki hut and my girls were crazy about the hammock! Bonus...seeing the manatees. What a wonderful experience for all of us!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The backyard is nicely landscaped, with a pool and a grill, and the screened in porch is a great place to spend all afternoon. Walking distance to food and some activities. Great kayaking opportunities just outside of the canal (though kayaks had to be rented. They are not provided at the property). The property managers are helpful and quick to respond.

Amazing Stay!

The house was just as advertised; spacious and clean, and stocked with all of the essentials. The pool was a great way to end a day on the water. The canal is nice and wide; easy to turn our boat around. The only drawback is the house is on the end of the canal, so any fish carcasses discarded further up the canal made for a horrible smell and a ton of flies. We were lucky enough to have our boat, and towed them back out to open water. The property manager was friendly and responsive any time we had a question or problem. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a stay there!

Clean spacious accommodations

We had a nice 2 week stay at Manatee Oasis. The home is as pictured and was very clean and spacious. The property provided everything we needed from bath towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils and cookware. The manatee visits in the canal was a nice treat. A couple of things to note: the water pressure could be improved and there also seemed to be a foul sewage smell on some days. The home is under contract and soon to be under new ownership, so there were a few items that seemed to be neglected. For example the screen door screen was torn, one of the outdoor lampshades globes was missing and there was an outdoor shower/ restroom (no longer in use) that was a little unsightly. There were a couple things we reached out to the mgmt company about and they were immediately remedied, thanks to Rachel. All in all we had a good trip

Second stay

We are in love with this house and location as it was our second stay here. I feel like it’s our home because it’s so comforting cozy and convenient. This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Looking forward to next year !

Wonderful July 4th Week Getaway

The house was amazing. It was very comfortable. The rooms were big and clean, well stocked with extra sheets and pillows, beds were great. More than enough seating areas inside and outside the house. The amenities were awesome, everything we needed we found. Kitchen was great, big and clean, completely stocked, Coffee makers for all, Lol except Cuban coffee but I brought my own 😉. The pool area was fantastic. Just right, cozy and relaxing with the tiki right there. Lots of fun manatee watching. Our fishing was great! It was so easy to get out to the ocean. Great location. My son has autism and we do these keys getaways because he loves them so much. He was in heaven. Overall we had a blessed week and are very grateful to God. Thank you Jessenia for all your help with the rental. Looking forward to returning next year. God bless, The Torres Family

Absolutely stunning!

Everything was perfect! The back yard escape was our favorite hangout. Seeing the manatees was priceless!!! We loved the area- and coming home to the house was so nice and relaxing. Great set up and great amenities. VERY clean and inviting! Thanks for everything! 😊
