New Year’s Eve vacation

My husband and I met my brother and his wife stayed in the VRBO home joining up with our father who was staying nearby. The VRBO home was very comfortable with everything we needed to relax. The kitchen had every thing we needed to prepare and serve our meals. Lovely home, centrally located.

Comfortable, clean, convenient location

The house was very clean with a great location, just down the canal from Vaca Cut, giving you boat access to the ocean and bay within minutes. We walked to Fish Tales, a great seafood market and restaurant and also to our charter out of Captain Hooks. This house was perfect for our vacation.

Wonderful place to stay

The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was easy to use and we ate most of our meals at our house. We particularly loved the outside part of the house - the patio onto the water was fantastic and we were able to relax in the sun, go kayaking straight off the patio, and eat our meals at the outside table.

Fishing vacation

Had an amazing 2 weeks with my boyfriend and dog. We all felt at home immediately. My dog was convinced we moved and enjoyed hos first visit to the keys. Was a dog friendly house. Fishing was awsome. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Canal Challenge

Property was older but still clean and functional. The canal is very narrow and an obstacle course with boat lifts and other boats on each side which along with the current make it a challenge to turn your vessel safely in the right direction.

Amazing Little home

We find a different Key's location every year. This was the perfect home for our trip. Clean and nice décor. Full kitchen, 2 baths, 2 beds. Marathon is a lot less busy than key West and bigger than Key Largo. We will definitely be back at this house. You have everything you need in the area. The back yard is nice, bbq, kayak, lounging chairs and outside table and chairs and having the dock (we did rent a boat for 5 days) was great. For the dock if you rent a boat you do need to have experience boating due to the current and the changes of current with the tide changes or you can do some serious damage to the boat or other boats around. Communication with the binder at check in and the text messages about some reminders were very nice.

Love the fact that you can fishing from the dock! As a fishing enthusiasts for me that was a plus!

Very Disappointed

We rent VERBO homes min 2 times a year and love it. If you rent from COCO Plum it’s like renting from “Nick Saban” in the commercial. Multiple assuming communications about taking out the garbage, damage, etc. If you inquire about anything extra such as a rollaway, might get in early,anything will be an extra 100. We had to pay for an infant and they didn’t provide a pack n play or high chair. It was extra. This is obviously an investment company not your average hospitable VERBO owner. The house was clean, but floors oddly slant. The air is louder than the Jets with the condenser on the roof above the bedrooms. The air was off when we arrived obviously to save money. We had to turn on the breaker. Took a while just to cool it down.
