Great beach VRBO

Family friends and I enjoyed this house. We loved the proximity of the beach and it is in a quiet location. House was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our vacation. Can’t go wrong with this one. Book with confidence.

Marathon Getaway

Lovely home on a canal within walking distance of Sombrero Beach. It met call of our expectations. Our only disappointment was that our family could not join us because of COVID restrictions so my husband and I rattled around in the big 4 bedroom house.

the house was as advertised and the photos were good representations of the house. because of COVID we had Chef Wes come in and prepare a number of our meals and the kitchen area and surroundings were all adequate for his needs. We had plenty of space for the 6 members of the family that were in the house including kids aged 11 and 13. The vacation in the house was very enjoyable.

Beautiful House with Everything you Need

This house is Beautiful! Right in the water, pool is a great size, we had 8 adults and no one was crowded while swimming. 2 Laundry Rooms were super convenient for drying swim suits. There were only a few cons to the property, but nothing major enough to not want to stay here again. 3 of the bedrooms have an ensuite, the room with the 2 queen beds had a restroom out in the hall near the stairs. Not a big problem, but it wasn't very clear from the pictures that it was down the hall. We cooked a lot while we were there and the kitchen was great, but the ice makers built into the fridge didn't work in either fridge. It would make ice, but it would not dispense it so we just bought bags of ice, with 8 adults, the ice makers couldn't really keep up anyways. Also, the air conditioner made the house nice and cool in the living areas, but the bedrooms would get super hot, and they don't have ceiling fans, so we had to bring our own box fans and leave them running all day long to keep the rooms cool. Other than that, we had a great time! There were so many days that we didn't leave the house at all and just hung out by the pool. For 8 adults, this house was awesome. We would definitely rent it again.

Pier Pressure

What a fantastic house! My husband and I took our senior and a few friends of his for spring break and this house is the ideal set up! Kids had their own space and the adults their own space. We have rented this house before and loved it and we loved it again! Highly recommend!

Spring Vacation Mom/Daughter Trip

Group of 8. Four Moms, 4 Daughters. Very slight delay w cleaning prior to arrival. Maybe 30 mins. House exactly as advertised. No surprises. Rooms great for a large group. Great beach access. Pool was a wonderful place for the teens to hang out. Loved Marathon and way better for group stay than Key West. Visited Key West for a day. Enjoyed but glad we stayed in Marathon. Amazing trip and a life long great memory!

Great location and beautiful house!

This house was perfect for us! We loved our stay. It was a convenient location, close to a grocery store and many activities. The house was spacious and well maintained and had plenty of space. We had 5 kids and they had plenty of room to play, loved the pool etc. The porch was magical, we ate out there every meal. The management company was helpful and communicated throughout. We would definitely come back! Only thing I would change is that it was an expensive house and so it felt like it should include more basic things like hand soap, 2 ply toilet paper etc. We had to go out and buy some of these basics. Also we paid extra for a pack-n-play ($40 when they cost $50 to begin with) and those have been included for free in all other VRBOs we have stayed at. I would suggest those things are just added into the cost of the stay for ease and to eliminate some frustration on our part.
