Enjoy your private saltwater pool (can be heated or cooled), an entertainment deck with bar, 55” TV, picnic table, and outdoor cooking with griddle, burners, fish fryer, and ice maker. Plus, 50-ft of dockage makes boating and fishing a breeze!



The Space:

Outdoor Oasis

Private Saltwater Pool: This pool is gentle on your skin and eyes and can be heated or cooled to your preference (minimal additional charge).

Entertainment Deck: Ample lounging space, outdoor bar with beverage fridge and ice bin, a 55” TV, picnic table, umbrella, and more.

Outdoor Cooking: Blackstone griddle with burners, a fish fryer, and a commercial ice maker make dining outside a breeze.

Activities & Extras: 4 bicycles, plenty of seating, and poolside fun await.



Private Dockage

The 40' private dock (up to 50’ of dockage space) is perfect for boating enthusiasts. The quick trip through the canal to Sister Creek gives you instant access to world-class fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving in the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys.



Dock Amenities include a fish cleaning station, wash-down hose, ladder access, electrical power, and a bait freezer under the carport.

Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across 4 beautifully designed bedrooms:



Master Suite: This suite has a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, walk-in tile shower, and sliding glass doors to the porch with stunning canal views.

Junior Master: King bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private walk-in shower.

Queen Room: Queen bed, TV, dresser, and closet.

Bunkroom (The Manatee Room): One twin bunk bed + twin-over-full bunk, TV, dresser, and closet.

The adjacent third bathroom features a bathtub—perfect for the little ones. Sheets, bath, and pool towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable are all included for your convenience.
