「Housekeeping was quite bad. I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast at 10xx in the morning. I didn’t expect that the housekeeping would come clean my room that early. So I didn’t pick up the open but unused condom from the floor… the housekeeping picked it up and put it right on my necklace. I mean, the table was quite big. Why on my belongings😭 other than that, all the other staff were very professional. The hotel located at a very convenient spot. I especially love the kitchen! I ll...

「Our stay was very uncomfortable and we had either some type of bugs or mosquitos in the room. The shower had mold and the bathroom smelt sewage. The shower door didn’t close completely and the water went everywhere. The room was so uncomfortable and uncozy. The lights on the ceiling are bright like train station lights. The sheets felt 100 years old with soft and horrible texture.
In the beginning the team were nice and I didn’t want to make this review public but when the general manager...

「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」

「It is located very close to Milan Duomo and Cathedral, you can go by walk and is very close to main shops and restaurants. The only issued we had was to identify the place, as it does not have a big sign, it is on a corner so it was just a paper paste in a door where is the main access, it think this is something can be improved since the first impression was not the best also there is no 24/7 host. Otherwise the room was very clean, good size and comfortable.」
