Relaxing break despite weather

Agree with previous reviews, a lovely property with stunning views and great outside space. Not an easy track from the main road so need a sturdy small car. No safe way to walk to town so a car essential. Weather unusually cold and wet for May so we were unable to use the lovely outside space but couldn’t fault the villa and Laura’s communication was friendly and fast. Elba is a lovely island - we travelled round it all as no possibility to visit beaches - but stunning scenery and really interesting old hillside towns.

A fantastic place in every way

The pictures give you a good impression about the view from the terrace, but cannot show how nice a place it actually is to be any time of day. Quality furniture, outdoor kitchen, nice breeze, always a place to find shadow, complete privacy even though you can see most of Elba. Lots of nice details also inside, you feel it is a place where someone lives and care and not just another holiday home. All you need to do your own cooking is available. Extremely dedicated, quick and qualified communication with owner before, during and after your stay. Very centrally placed on the Island, you have 20-30 min drive to all the greatest attractions on the Island. So ... what is not to like? For me ... not a lot, I couldn’t think of a better place spending a year writing a book or so - or just a week reading one. My kids (11, 14) missed a pool (but partly compensated by great wifi), it is a one family place, so nobody to share the cost with, and there is nothing within walking distance, so if eating out every night and not getting in your car all week is your thing, then this is not the place.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Meerblick

Ruhig gelegen, mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der man den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Kommunikation mit Laura und Graziella war spitze. Vielen Dank.

Entspannter Ort

Ferienhaus liegt völlig ruhig mit großartiger Rundsicht über die Bucht. Es ist top organisiert und perfekt eingerichtet. Anfahrt zum Haus etwas beschwerlich weil teils unbefestigte Strasse am Berg aber nach ein paar Tagen daran gewöhnt. Aber, alle Mühen lohnen sich. Jederzeit wieder !!

La villa Laura est idéalement située et domine le golfe de Procchio, elle se mérite par son acces depuis une petite route à flanc de colline. Laura et Graziella sont bien à l’écoute des besoins leurs du séjour. La vue est magnifique et la plage de Procchio est idéale pour les enfants.

Amazing stay at an unbelievable property!

From check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. The communication from Laura throughout the entire process was so professional and everything was well organized in advance with the directions to the property and lots of suggestions for things to do including lots of well detailed descriptions of beaches to try! Much appreciated!! The accommodation itself is a wonder and you really have to see it to believe it! The views from the accommodation are like a dream, we even described it as a millionaires view. This is fitting with the standard of the property, which was immaculate and included everything you can ever think of needing! Laura has really thought of everything. The property is located on a steep hill, however this was not a problem and we either walked to Marciana marina ( which was by far the best and most beautiful town we visited full of plenty of top quality restaurants to enjoy and a lovely sandy beach) or took the bus which departs from the bottom of the hill. An absolute must stay! Thank you Laura!

Perfect place to stay in Elba

Our family of four stayed at Laura’s house during 3 weeks. Over this relatively extended period, we had the chance to explore the island in great detail. Thus, having seen the ins and outs, we can attest that you would hardly find better accommodation on the island. The house has everything to it - location, view, cleanliness, amenities and, of course, the amazingly helpful hosts! If available, book without any hesitation!

Una casa che ci ha fatto innamorare dell'isola d'Elba

La casa è esattamente come mostrata nelle fotografie. Gli accessori e le forniture sono di primordine. La gentilezza e la professionalità sia della proprietaria che delle signore che assistono gli ospiti e curano la pulizia è ammirevole. Alcuni dettagli portano il servizio a livello premium, ad esempio: fiori freschi per la tavole ogni settimana, vino di benvenuto, profumo dell'elba come deodorante in ogni stanza. Il book di istruzioni per il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e di spiegazione ed indirizzo per le attività della zona sono il meglio che abbia mai visto ed organizzati da una vera professionista. La vista "da cartolina" si paga con il prezzo di una strada di accesso non agevole, e direi "non per tutti i guidatori".

Eine Oase der Entspannung

Das Haus ist sehr ruhigen ganz privat gelegen, man hat von der gesamten Vorderseite einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus oder von der Terrasse zu betrachten, war bereits ein super Start in den Tag. Ganz früh am Morgen kann man sogar die Tiere im angrenzenden Wald beobachten. Ein kleiner Strand ist durch einen kurzen Fußmarsch von etwa 10 min. bergab gut zu erreichen. Auch wenn der Aufstieg zurück uns wieder etwas ins Schwitzen gebracht hat, kein Problem, dank der Außendusche. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden, die Kommunikation mit Laura klappte hervorragend, kurzum - es fehlte uns an nichts. Etwas abenteuerlich ist die Auffahrt zum Haus mit einem großen Auto, aber mit jedem Mal klappt es besser;-) und aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist nicht mit Gegenverkehr zu rechnen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt voll und ganz genossen.

Nahezu alles perfekt, bis auf kleine Makel

Zunächst vorweg. Das Objekt ist wirklich herrlich. Der tolle Blick jeden Morgen von der Terrasse auf die Bucht bei einer Tasse Kaffee wird dauerhaft im Gedächtnis bleiben. Das Objekt ist toll ausgestattet. Uns störte lediglich die Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, da wir dieses System als umwelt belastend betrachten. Leider wurden wir nach dem Wochenende von einer Baustelle im Tal geweckt, welche uns jeden Morgen früher auf die Terrasse lockte. Außerdem gab es einen kleinen Wasserschaden. Laura hat aber sehr professionell auf unseren Hinweis reagiert. Sie ist eine tolle Vermieterin.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichen Ausblick

Die Villa ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir im Haushalt benötigt haben. Am besten hat uns die große Terasse gefallen, von der wir morgens den Sonnenaufgang bewundern konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war sehr angenehm.

Ottima vacanza

Ottima vacanza a Villa Laura! Peccato sia durata solo una settimana....ci saremmo stati un mese! Laura è di un’affabilità e una gentilezza rare e la signora Graziella è stata di grande aiuto . La casa è proprio come la desideravamo: nuova, bella, spaziosa, pulitissima, super accessoriata e con un panorama eccezionale! La strada per accedervi non tra le più facili ma dopo la prima volta che la percorri poi la fai senza problemi. La consiglieremo sicuramente ai nostri amici!

Il modo migliore per godersi l’Elba

La villa è bellissima, ne apprezzerete i dettagli vivendola, abbiamo passato due settimane a fine luglio in famiglia fantastiche e sono volate. Il panorama sul golfo di Procchio vi resterà negli occhi e gustare un bicchiere di vino in terrazza ve lo farà apprezzare ancor meglio. Accoglienza stupenda e riceverete ogni aiuto e suggerimento per godervi l’isola. Sole, belle spiagge e buon cibo fanno il resto. Una magnifica meta per una splendida vacanza. Noi torneremo di certo a goderci questo angolo di paradiso.

Traumhaftes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick

Laura ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles ist bestens organisiert und hat super geklappt. Das Haus liegt ruhig mitten im Grünen und hat einen wundervollen Blick über die Bucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Objekt wirklich nur empfehlen! Annette und Uli

Wunderbares Ferienhaus zur Erholung

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus an erhöhter Lage mit wunderbarer Sicht auf die Bucht von Procchio. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und mit dem Service vor Ort hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Domizil ist sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste, welche Ruhe und Distanz vom Rummel suchen.

La villa è splendida in ogni sua parte, la vista è mozzafiato, tutto perfetto, proprietaria molto disponibile. le foto rispecchiano realmente la casa e lo stato di conservazione è ineccepibile. prenotate a cuor sereno perchè è meglio dal vivo che in fotografia.

Un angolo di paradiso dotato di ogni comfort

Nulla da eccepire. La casa è veramente come viene mostrata nelle fotografie del sito. All'arrivo ad accoglierci una proprietà in perfetto ordine e in eccellente stato di pulizia con inoltre un graditissimo cadeau di benvenuto (fiori freschi sul tavolo e una bottiglia di vino e il limoncello dellElba). Gentilissima la signora Graziella che oltre ad occuparsi del check in/out è stata molto disponibile per le varie informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa offre una stupenda vista sul mare che abbraccia dal golfo di Procchio fino al promontorio dell'Enfola e la spaziosa terrazza con tavolo e divani permette di godere appieno del panorama visibile tra l'altro anche dalla camera matrimoniale. Oltre al panorama la terrazza permette di osservare il bosco circostante dove la sera non è improbabile vedere animali selvatici visto che si è all'interno di un parco naturale (noi siamo stati gli stupiti spettatori delle visite di un gruppetto di mufloni). Le dotazioni dell'abitazione sono perfettamente funzionanti con un'ampia fornitura di utensili da cucina e possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue sulla terrazza. Utilissima e molto discreta la doccia esterna sul retro della casa. Per quanto riguarda i nostri 2 ragazzi hanno trovato molto accogliente la loro camera e lo spazio verde attiguo alla loro porta finestra. Oltre alle dotazioni interne la casa ha un piccolo orto da cui abbiamo potuto liberamente prendere pomodori e zucchine a metro zero. Inoltre essendoci fermati più di una settimana il sabato è stata sostituita la biancheria dei letti e dei bagni ed è stata fatta una pulizia completa dell'immobile (il tutto compreso nel canone di locazione). La casa dista circa tre km da Marciana Marina uno dei più caratteristici paesini dell'Elba dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi essenziali. Piacevole la scoperta della spiaggetta del Bagno la più vicina alla casa (circa 300/400metri raggiungibile anche a piedi seppur con un percorso non molto agevole) che ci ha permesso di godere dello splendido mare dell'Elba in tranquillità. Da ultimo ma non meno importante abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità della proprietaria Laura sia in fase di prenotazione che prima e durante il soggiorno avendoci fornito tutte le informazioni per godere appieno l'abitazione e la nostra vacanza con suggerimenti su spiagge e attività da fare. In conclusione in un contesto meraviglioso come quello di villa Laura ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio tanto da sentirci parte di essa.
