Great vacation

We stayed 5weeks and everything was great coming home to the pool after being on the beach all day was the best great neighborhood quiet and pool area was nice and private

3 generation vacation

The location was very nice. We walked to Frank Markle park every morning before heading out to the beach. The spa was so relaxing. We had a little trouble with the spa heater, but they were quick to fix that. The master bath was beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great except for the hot tub and pool did not work til the 6th day!!

We had a great time with family. My suggested would be have someone show you how to run the pool and hot tub. We did not get to use it til Thursday of our trip. I called and they said it was cuz it was cooler than normal, but one of the coolest night the hot tub was 95 and never got hot again. Evidently there was a blown fuse!!! Frustrating since we called every day til they had someone come out to fix it. Beside that we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay with our family.

Good place if you don't want the beach

This property was what we were looking for a vacation away from crowds. We did not want to be on the crowded beach, but wanted a pool to relax in. It is about a mile in different directions to beach, food, services, which was great because we took long walks everyday and could stop where we needed, plus walk along the beach. The check-in process is fine, except that the key was in the return box, so it took a little while to realize it was not in the locked box, as the instructions say. Also, the pool has no instructions with it, so it was cold and low on water. When the pool guy showed up on Friday (the day before we leave), he says that they should have instructions and gets everything setup for us. We finally had some heat and the hot tub was properly filled. The house itself was clean, comfortable and wifi was very good. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. The house was well equipped and met our needs. We would recommend renting the house to anyone visiting Marco Island.

The house was great spacious clean but the neighbors were very anointed we can not put any type of music because they call the police but they can put their on music at 6 am every morning that’s my only complaint
