Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The residents of Emerald Beach were very friendly and gave us the opportunity to share in some of their social functions. Our apt. location could not be any better with great views of theGulf and beach. Marco Island Vacation properties ( Andrew Vale ) was always there and corrected any problem we had. My wife and I are lookingforward to going back to Marco Isl.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, very clean, but not enough towels and washclothes. No Sunday property mgmt. so no way to get more. No housekeeping and you are required to take out the trash, etc. or be charged $25-$75!
