As soon as you enter this impeccably maintained home you will be impressed by the natural light, SALT WATER POOL and loads of Kayaks, bikes, paddle-boards, kids toys, ALL INCLUDED!!

You will be impressed by the natural light and brightness provided by loads of sliding glass doors and architecturally unique windows. The kitchen has been custom redesigned from the original plan, with walls moved and opened and it now serves as the focal point of this open, flowing floor plan. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a lighted fan hood, recessed lighting, granite countertops, counter seating, and soft-close and pull-out drawers. There is a convenient pass-through from kitchen to covered lanai area making this home great for entertaining. The exterior is outstanding with larger than average electric heated pool and good covered and open space on the lanai. This lanai will get sun all through the day. You’ll enjoy both morning sunsets and afternoon sunsets. Take a nice paver walkway down to the dock and lift to use any of the included paddleboards or kayaks, fish or just enjoy sitting at the waterside.
