Sea Winds 1105: Updated Beachfront Condo!
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
Discover this stunning beachfront condo, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring have all been recently updated. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower.
The living room is equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa suitable for children, and flat-screen TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided inside the condo.
Adjacent to the property is the Apollo Restaurant. Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional dining options, a movie theater with dining services, and mini-golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival
