Beautifully modern renovated house!
Pros:
Check in process easy- horizon rentals easy to work with and kind.
House very clean.
Location- could bike to Publix and other local stores, beach.
Pool was perfect and warm.
Lots of beach chairs (new) and towels.
Fishing off backyard dock was great.
Docked our rental boat in backyard.
All smart TVs worked great.
Plenty of seating indoor and out.
Loved the seating by the pool. Great for groups.
Cons:
Kitchen: not nearly enough kitchen equipment (no large frying pan, no large cutting boards, knives were dull and cheap, no large pots- had to borrow from neighbors, not enough glassware- only 2 plastic wine glasses, not enough enough glass or plastic cups)
Dining table- metal chairs very uncomfortable. If wearing shorts your legs will hurt and you will have indentations in your skin.
Lighting was confusing- hard to find which switch operated what. Labels would help, lighting outside very dark. Luckily we had a camping light for eating outside.
Sliding bathroom door came off track every time we opened it.
Toilets stopped flushing last day.
Overall we had a great time and the house was great- just needs a few things to make it perfect.

Would have been perfect.....if
House was beautiful, great location. Major issue was the AC. The unit struggles to maintain anything below 80. The secondary bedrooms were saunas. Made for an uncomfortable situation. The microwave also was not working. Other than that, the house was great.
