Parking: No boats or trailers can be parked in the driveway or on the street. Cars must not block the sidewalk.

Two family room's that feature comfortable seating area's with TV's. The interior opens effortlessly to the endless outdoor space. The covered lanai offers a TV seating area. The outdoor kitchen offers seating along with 6 sun loungers. Enjoy the under dock lighting while watching the minnows swim in circles. Sting ray, manatee, and dolphin sightings are known to happen. Four bikes are supplied for your use. Two paddle boards are supplied for your use.

The Sunset House is within easy walking or biking distance to the beach, Esplanade shoppes, Marco Towne Center Mall, marina, and restaurants.
