Superb Sea Views from your Braai and Patio area and breath-taking Sea views from the Swimming Pool area with just a stroll across the road to the beach. Casa Del Sol is a garden complex situated in a secluded part of Margate yet walking distance to the Town Centre. Margate Main Beach, Fishing Pier, and Tidal Pool. The complex is fenced with a remote gate and access gate to the Beach. Small pet allowed with permission. A closed garage is included for one vehicle.

Incredible sea views from your back yard and even better from the pool area. Spacious home with a homely feel.

You have the whole house to yourself, the back braai area and the awesome garden with sea views. The swimming pool area is shared with the most breathtaking sea views and just a walk across the road to the sea.
