I booked an apartment room and paid extra for it. Same room I've booked for 3 years for a kids birthday. When i arrived, they gave me a different room that had none of the accommodations or room that i needed. When i went back down to the desk there was no explanation or apology for the mess up and i never received any kind of compensation for the much smaller and somewhat broked down room that i got. On top of everything the hot tub was broke down and thats another thing we were looking forward to. I will not book here again it seems the newer owners dont care at all about you, your travel experience or the hotels quality.

The property was disgusting. The bed skirt looked like "male bodily fluids" were wiped up with it. The bed was sunken in the center. It didnt have a bed bug cover on it, just a pad on top. Our view of the river/bridge was a rusty box and the roof of the pool. The pool was cold, no towels are provided at the pool so you have to take the only towel in the room. The hot tub is empty and the garden fountains inside the pool area were also empty. The place is full of peeling paint, holes in the wall, cracks everywhere. The breakfast was non exist. A bowl of blueberries that we watched someone just grab a hand ful with their hands and leave, a loaf of bread and coffee. The kicker was when we came back from "breakfast" to pack our things to go find real food. A cockroach ran across the door from a hole that had been punched in at the top of the door. It ran across the floor and in a crack of the flooring by the bathroom door frame. The only poaitive was both women at the counter were very polite & the sheets smelled strongly like bleach I woud absolutley never return here. Room 219 was a king suite. Id definitely stay away.

Floors weren’t swept. Very outdated. Pool was big but hot tub was caution taped off. Very poor condition all around. No towels at pool. Had to leave to ask for some. Breakfast was gone an hour after it opened. I won’t stay here again.

The room was dirty. There was no breakfast as advertised. The breakfast room was dirty. The front desk clerk was nice. Unfortunately I knew I could not get my money back. There were roaches. In the room. I travel often but this was the worse of the worse I have stayed.

Stay was horrible didnt sleep heater was load when it kicked on. When i checked out the lady at the front desk would not help and was very rude. My room didnt have a lock on it. When i asked the front lady for a new towel and shampoo i was told no. The worat hotel ever will never atay again.

Facility was not very clean, smells like a nursing home, rooms needed upgraded. Toilet bowl was cracked and leaking on the floor. Shower curtain was dirty and looked like mold on the bottom of it. The clerk the checked me in was too busy calling for replacement to hurry up and get out to the front desk. The continental breakfast only had 2 1/2 loaves of bread about six rotten strawberries and a few unripe bananas. Only four waters in the fridge two individual boxes of cereal with no milk at 7 o’clock in the morning.

Our actual room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. My issue is with the condition of the lobby and the hallways. The carpet is filthy and the halls are dark with a definite odor. I was very happy that the room was in better condition. Our TV remote was missing but the lady at the front desk was very helpful. She found a bunch of extra remotes and came up to our room. Luckily the 1st one worked so we were good. I think the Wyndham has been buying up these older hotels but they would get a lot more repeat business if they would update the entire property. We will not stay here again. Maybe if it was completely redone we would try it again.

It was not to bad but all the pop machines and ice machines were not working. The third floor has a musty smell plus some cigarettes or some kind of smoke smell in the hallway. I understand that some of it is under new management and understand it is under renovation. It was nice that there was a restaurant right there. Not sure if I would stay there again but I might once it is all done. The pool area needed towels, my kids enjoyed the pool and it's nice that you have a laundry room. It said there was a continual breakfast but there was hardly anything there.

Cannot recommend this place

This was just about the worst hotel/motel we have ever stayed at! The "free breakfast" (see picture) consisted of nothing more than pancakes and sausages (of which only two were left by 8 am with no more coming) plus coffee and/or iced water. Oh, and syrup, ketchup or jam/jelly for the pancakes. Nothing else! There was an unpleasant smell from the moment we entered the lobby which was worse in the hallways. We had to move out of our first room because the smoke alarm chirped every two minutes or so. The next room featured a high-pitched squeal that never stopped. We were then moved once more to a third room that was quiet--well, actually not: we could hear muffled music playing the entire night, and the folks in the adjoining room (not from our party) woke up early and we could hear all of their conversations. The room itself was barebones; insufficient lighting (only two lamps), vinyl flooring, room-darkening drapes that did not completely cover the window, a postage-stamp bathroom with unfinished tub/shower enclosure (see picture), no fan, no hair blow-dryer, and no washcloths (we had to use hand towels instead). We saw at least two very drunk patrons stagger in...so not very family-friendly. To their credit, the evening front desk were friendly and did try to address our room problems by moving us, but that couldn't make up for a facility that ought to be condemned or completely rebuilt.

I do not normally leave negative reviews, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I waited for twenty minutes to be able to check in, not because they were busy, but because there was no one to be found. If i hadn't had a reservation and paid for the stay, I would have left. she appeared to be very high when she did show up. the hallway floors were disgusting, had not been vacuumed in a long time. the room was dirty, so much dirt, dust and debris behind the TV, the mirror was so milky and dirty, she sheets felt like outdoor furniture material. I had hiked 10 miles that day and wanted to soak, there was no drain plug. I called and requested one, she stated she would bring one, 30 min. passed, still nothing. I went downstairs, she told me she could not find one. we laid down for bed, and the tv did not work. from the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, it was a total negative experience.

I booked my stay on the Internet and it said you have a pool and a bar. Well, the pool is closed and there is no bar. There is nothing in the vending machines. The soda machine was out of order. I thought maybe I could get a compensation back for my stay that the girl at the front desk says it’s not her responsibility to do that but he was very nice.

It was absolutely horrible. Staff walking around with no shoes, beds broke down, internet broke dow ln, bathrooms on main floor only had 1 sink and 2 toilets working. Hardly any aor conditioning. Lastly staff was very rude!!
