10/10 Excellent

"Amazing perfect to go with family it so close to universal studios and it had a shuttle which is so helpful. The only issue I had is when I arrived at the hotel after driving four hours I mistakenly had my previous last name on the reservation and that was a problem. I understand it’s a policy so, I went ahead and change it from my end but, I believe the receptionist person was a lil rude because I asked another receptionist and he was no problem I can definitely look that up and was more helpful and understanding since I had driven four hours to get here."
