「The hotel is lovely and the staff has gone above and beyond to help us. It is farther from Porto corsini for our cruise but let me tell you we are happy we showed up! The area feels very safe and quite beachy feel to it. The restaurant gave us dinner recommendations that were fabulous !!!」

「The staff were really helpful especially arranging transportion cause we arrived in Ravenna really late.」

「Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage. 」

「I loved the convenient location of this property, and it was slightly hidden or tucked away from traffic. The room was cute, comfortable, and great shower. It was filled with little items like snacks and water. The people managing the property were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this cute little spot, and I would go back here if ever in Venice again.」

「Foto ingannevole visto che la piscina non è nella struttura ma è dell’hotel di fronte. Pulizia e manutenzione della camera non da 3*. Varietà bella colazione ma qualità del cibo non molto alta. Mi dispiace molto perché avevo grandi aspettative e il prezzo pagato, a parer mio, non è giustificato per il servizio offerto.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
