Very nice mother’s day weekend stay with my wife and daughters ! the staff was very helpful and the cabins were very clean ! i recommend this place to everyone ! campfire at night, restaurant on the property, alot of hiking trails and the river is right across the street amazing stay

Never had a cabin with a full kitchen before, especially one fully equipped with all the dishes, and cookware you could need! The place was so cozy, quiet, and clean. The staff were also more than accommodating as my partner and I tried everything while we were there: the private sauna, the campfire pit, and visiting the lake out back. This place would be great for those looking to explore nature and enjoy the quiet while still being 30min from South Lake Tahoe. There were also a few trailheads nearby for those who love to hike. Overall a great relaxing stay!

The place was as cute as ever. Our cabin was quiet, peaceful, plenty warm. Plus, we loved that we could bring our dog! The kitchen needed more equipment, eg measuring cups, cutting board, those types of things. We will stay there again if we get a chance! We only interacted with one employee. She was fantastic!

It’s a hidden gem and every time I have stayed there, I have had a perfect time. Restaurant staff is great, office staff is responsive and pleasant, rooms are sparking clean and comfy. I cannot rave enough about the comfy beds and pillows and the awesome kitchen in the cabin. The restaurant menu used to be much more extensive, but even the shorter offering had something everyone enjoyed, was well-executed, and portions are always generous after a fun day in desolation/mokelumne wilderness.

The room was romantic and cozy! Loved the bath tub! The first snow fall for the year made it such a cute and cozy stay. The restaurant and sauna were both nice ammenities on site. It's a place I would love enjoying a nice getaway again, summer, fall or winter!
