“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“It was a wonderful night spent at Super8! Very clean and spacious room and shower/toilet, such helpful staff too, even in the middle of the night! My cot was set up in the room before we arrived and my infant went straight to bed, they were kind enough to give us extra beddings too. I would honestly go back again, it was an excellent stay. ”

“Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……

“Excellent welcome by reception staff, super clean and comfortable room. Parking in the car park immediately opposite was really easy in allocated hotel spaces and only £6 for the night. Would highly recommend! ”

“Pleasant surprise: clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, and with kind staff. As others note, the design of the shower cabin is not the best, and water does spray throughout the bathroom. Towels also fall too easily from the hooks. And the non-smoking policy might need additional enforcement. ”

“Staff were really lovely and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel was perfectly situated in the centre of Hexham. The only issues were the very few parking spaces available, and the fact we could only park for up to 2hrs with a permit during the day, if there wasn’t any space in the tiny car park. But we loved the hotel itself and would recommend. ”
