「My flight got rescheduled leaving me stuck in Philadelphia overnight. I booked through Expedia, overpriced for sure. The set up is similar to an apartment complex not a hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke terribly and loud club music was played below all night. I normally do not write reviews, but this place did not feel safe. Checked in after 11pm and checked out before 7am. I would avoid if you’re looking for something safe, clean and quiet.」

「Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...
