“总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙”

“The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone made the effort to know our names. Highly personalized service. From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast……
