Authentic Riad with excellent customer service

The Riad is lovely and very authentic. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and helped in making reservations and ensuring we got around safely. The Riad is in an excellent location.

This is a gem of a hotel. Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Our two rooms are amazing! So so clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Brilliant location. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

This property is gorgeous!! Only downside was we believe it may be just a little overpriced. Traditional Berber music may be played till 930 weeknights and just past 10 on Friday. You'll hear it from the main rooms. The staff was wonderful! Food - excellent!

A Riad From Hell !!!

So dark, so gloomy, so depressing. Don’t be fooled by the pics! False advertising no swimming pool, no SPA, no garden, no 24 h room service, no 24 h front desk, no gym, no parking, no separate shower etc… The service is terrible, waiters nowhere to be found. 1.5 h to get a tea and 20 mn between morning coffees. Breakfast came cold each time. Halima the manager lies shamelessly and makes faces when challenged by very unhappy customers. When staying in my poorly decorated bedroom I would suffocate due to toxic fumes possibly coming from the air vents. I had to leave 4 days earlier as I couldn’t manage any longer. I am asking for a refund. They ignored all of my emails while on-site. Cancel it if you can! This property is not worth more than £50 a night and should be removed for false advertising and health issues due to the fumes in the bedroom.

Suchen Sie sich was anderes aus,nicht zu empfehlen

Der Check in läuft schon sehr schleppend & Personal ist ziemlich gelangweilt, was sich über den ganzen Aufenthalt durchzieht...dann gibt es Zimmer ohne Fenster& dunkel wie in einer Kuh! Auf Reklamation hin fand man relativ schnoddrig, das wäre halt so in einem Riad ( nein, ist es nicht). Man hat dann widerwillig ein anderes Zimmer gefunden, immer noch ohne Fenster. Der Service ist gesamt gesehen miserabel, die Kühlschränke funktionieren nicht, Telefon auch nicht, Freundin hatte Schwarzschimmel an der Wand...auch nach 4 Tagen Reklamationen passierte nichts! Frühstück mässig, auf Kaffee wartet man 20 Minuten-obwohl man alleine im Frühstückssaal ist & 3 Mann Personal rumstehen.. Essen auf Terrasse war geschmacklich mehr als mässig & wir hatten Durchfall und bis heute Magenschmerzen.Check-out: nach 30 Minuten endlos Diskussion & Palaver immer noch eine zu hohe Rechung…der Nachbar auch. Der Zustand vom Riad ist so knapp genügend und hat aufgestauten Renovationsbedarf an allen Ecken! Ich kann es wirklich nicht empfehlen, für diesen Preis gibt es viel schönere Riads und weitere Hotels, in den man bei weitem besser aufgehoben ist...& sich auch keine "Käfer" holt. In diesem Sinne, don't go there.

Un palacio en la Medina de Marraquech

El hotel es una preciosidad. La decoración y el mobiliario tienen mucho estilo y el efecto estético es fabuloso. La terraza es probablemente una de las mejores de toda la ciudad tanto por las vistas, las dimensiones como por el servicio. Tiene dos patios centrales, uno de ellos con cubierta móvi y dónde está el restaurante, que son una maravilla, especialmente cuando abren el techo para que entre la luz natural. Los desayunos son fantásticos: abundantes, variados y con productos de gran calidad. Está todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. La localización en medio de la Medina es muy buena. Está cerca de todo. El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial.
