However, we would like to clarify that the owner wasn’t at the riad at your stay. You may have been in contact with our staff members and manager in charge. From our perspective, we believe there has been a missunderstanding that led to a confusion by the manager. First of all I would like to thank you for your review. However, as the owner of Riad Enchanté I was really surprised by your experience. Since the comfort of our clients is our mission, I had an immediate talk to the hotel management. Unfortunately, we haven't had the possibility to solve your problems immediately on site, as you headed directly from your last excursion to the airport. Furthermore, you didn’t answer on any mail in order to get in touch to you and get the problems mentioned solved. Some remarks to your mentioned points: TRANSFER/EXCURSIONS We always advice our customers to take our airport transfer, as for visitors - being the first time to Marrakech - it's quite hard to find us and it includes beside a private transfer to Medina's gate a luggage service until our door. Unfortunately, the company we have been working with for over a year now has obviously deteriorated dramatically. So far, there were no complaints about the company’s service. Nevertheless, we take this issue quiet seriously. So, we decided to terminate our cooperation. We're really sorry, as the major part of your complaint is about this company. ROOMS/RIAD Our riad is situated in the best and safest neighborhood of Marrakech. This is not solely our opinion, but the judgement of local authorities and all guides. On our rooftop you have one of the best views in Marrakech. Every room is special itself. Guest do not book a room category but rather a particular room. We are very transparent with the equipment of all our rooms: On all websites where you can book a stay with us all rooms are shown as they are in reality. BREAKFAST: Our breakfast includes different pastries, bread and continental breakfast accessories. To complete the Marrakech feeling we also serve fresh made orange juice and fruits. All kind of egg specialties are ready made upon request.
