First and foremost, THE STAFF.!! Super friendly and super accommodating. Walid and his team are always there day and night to ensure that we have a comfortable and relaxing stay. He is also very knowledgable about the area. Very clean place and great location
Room was perfecy for a family of 5. Beautiful riad. House keeping daily. Friendly staff. Riad is in the perfect location.
Highly recommend and will stay there again.
We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for family of four great stuff clean Saif close to everything I would come back to this property and highly recommended.
Amazing hospitality at Road Explore. Ayoub went out of his way preparing breakfast as well as preparing and bagging them for our early morning departure out of Marrakech.
Hamsa was very polite, the staff very attentive, the rooms are very clean, you feel safe and confortable, they are always with a smiling faces, you will feel like in home.i would return again. Thanks to the staff.
This new property is immaculately clean, safe, and comfortable. The young ladies working there were most cordial, and they served an amazing breakfast. Homza and Ali also provided excellent service and recommended many tourist sites along with providing an upgraded room! I highly recommend this Riad in Marrakech.
Even though the hotel is located within the Medina or the “old town” you can tell everything inside the hotel is new and modern. The staff is super hospitable making you feel right at home. The location is extremely convenient, 2 minute walk to the main square, or 2 minute walk to the streets for taxi services. Despite being very close to the main square, the hotel is really peaceful and quiet. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
We only stayed here for a night. We had the quadruple room. However the space felt very small and we were bumping into one another. Overall value for the money we spent was really good. However I feel there are other riads with bigger spaces that might be better options.
My recent stay at Riad Full Moon was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ali and Hamza. Their genuine friendliness and helpfulness made my time there truly memorable. Additionally, the riad's location, was just a 5-minute walk from the main square, making it extremely convenient to get to anywhere. And to top it off, the buffet breakfast was a delicious start to each day. I highly recommend Riad Full Moon for its impeccable service, prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of all staff, especially Ali and Hamza.
We absolutely loved our experience at the Riad Explore. Perfectly located in the heart of of where you want to be...easy walking to souks, Jemaa el Fna, palaces etc. You are right there! All the rooms are named after famous people and are very Moroccan in decor. Great breakfast on the rooftop.
The staff was very helpful, fun and professional. We felt very safe. A little to find but so worth it and part of the charm of this sopecial place
I only stood one night in a tourist condensed area. Riad is located among the alleys of merchant shops. The rias staff was available 24/7, attentive, and gracious. I was upgraded rooms from a single bed to a double, in a larger room, overlooking the patio. The place was very clean and hospitable. There is minor city noise. If you're a light sleeper, morning prayer will wake you around 4:30am it was nice though. Convenient location next to shops, dining, taxis, and atms
The Riad Explore is located right in the heart of the Medina in Marrakech. You are a 5 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but you won't hear the noise from it. The rooms are impeccably cleaned daily and each room has all the amenities you would need. From the website, the room was EXACTLY as described and also matched the photo from their site.
The riad is very quiet (except from the guests themselves) and clean. It is very secure with cameras monitoring the front of the riad, the reception area and the public area, You are provided with a key to your room, but to enter the riad itself requires the front door being opened from riad staff. Since it is staffed 24/7 that is no problem. The A/C worked great but the TV service was wanting. But who cares about watching TV you have the Medina to watch!
Each morning, a free breakfast is served on the roof top from 8-10. They have a variety of breads and rolls, a couple juices and milk, various jams, meats and condiments, fruit and cereal. In addition, they could eggs to your preference and provide warm pancakes and bread.
I cannot thank the staff enough for my 10 day stay there. Ayaub and Lahgen went out of their way to ensure I had the best stay. From finding a place to buy bottled water at 2 AM to calling tour agencies to ensure my pick-up location, they were always happy to help and never asked to be compensated (but I did - numerous times).
My next trip to Morocco, I will not hesitate to stay here again!
Overall, terrible experience staying in this hotel. The Hotel does not have name on the door. There is no road access. Very hard to find the hotel.
Room was not for 4 people which we booked. 2 beds in the attic, even kids could not stand and sleep. They had to crawl to go to the bed. Very small and confine space for 2 beds in attic.
Staff was very unfriendly and had no sense of customer service.
Riad explore staff is really friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay . Is hard finding a space for a family of 5 (upstairs bedroom just recommended for children not adults since ceiling is really low ) but the room was perfect for our family and to scape the heat . Breakfast was great they make delicious cappuccino’s and omelette.
My single bed room was cozy but just what I needed for a quick overnight stay. The staff met me on arrival with tea and cookies and provided a breakfast to go in the morning.
The hotel was very nice & traditional Moroccan architecture decor . It’s hard to find at first because it’s located in the narrow alleyways but u get to used to it . The price was very competitive for a 4 star hotel.
We stayed in 4 different Riads while in Morocco. This was the newest and nicest. Completelty redone. They even had TVs in the room, unlike the other three. Not the easiest to find, but its ok. Medina is just steps away. Staff was friendly and super nice. Highly suggest staying here.
