Schönes Riad im Kasbah Viertel

- wir ließen uns vom Flughafen abholen, trotz fast 2 Stunden Verspätung war der freundliche Fahrer da und brachte uns bis zum Riad - großes Badezimmer mit Dusche - sauberes großes Zimmer, gute Bettwäsche

Kein Riad & kein Spa

Wir hatten uns ein Riad erwartet und keine Frühstückspension. Wir hatten uns ein Spa erwartet und keine improvisierte Dampfsauna und Sauna, für die man extra bezahlen muss. Das sogenannte Spa befindet sich in einem etwas modrigen Keller auf ca. 40m². Wir hatten uns eine Hammad-Reinigungsmassage erwartet, doch wir mussten uns teils selbst eincremen - wir wurden wenigstens abgeschrubt im kalten Vorraum und nicht wie gewohnt im Hammam. Hammamraum ist eine improvisierte Dampfsauna 2x3m - Platz für 2 Personen. Die Ganzkörpermassage war ganz ok, doch leider auf einer harten Liege und nicht auf einen Massageliege Eine beschriebene Hotelinfrastruktur von Bar oder Restaurant fehlte uvm Einzig sehr positiv zu erwähnen, die Mitarbeiter und die Sauberkeit. Speziell hervorzugeben der Assistent Manager namens Houssine. Der Manager selbst wirkte zwar nett aber gestresst und der Eigentümer sieht keine Gäste. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht empfehlen. Wenn die Beschreibung stimmen würde, wäre einiges mehr ok, doch fühlten wir uns mit der fälschlichen Bezeichnung Riad & Spa als Kunde hintergangen. Die Frankfurter Tabelle anzustrengen ist uns aber zu mühsam. Schade Expedia....

Hotel très accès business

C'est la deuxième que mon épouse et moi-même venons à Marrakech. La première fois nous étions dans un autre Riad au même prix où nous ressentons la culture marocaine. (service de bagage, le bienvenu avec thé à la menthe avec pâtisserie marocaine, le petit déjeuner 100% marocain service à table, conseil astuces etc). Ici au Riad Ksar Saad, nous avons plutôt ressenti le commerce du gentil gérant pour faire plus de sous. l'accueil dans la patio avec d'autres personnes qui dîner, thé à la menthe sans pâtisserie, direction chambre sans service ou aide pour porter les bagages vers la chambre au niveau 1. Nous avons dîné avec une entrée/plat pour moi, et entrée/dessert pour mon épouse. Repas ok sans conviction. Le gérant nous a arnaqué de 45 dirham sur ce dîner. car formule entrée/plat =165 dhs (ok) mais il a préféré nous compter l'entrée/dessert de mon épouse à 165 dhs au lieu de 120 dhs à la carte. Je lui ai dit que c'est bizarre la formule de 165 dhs au lieu de 120 dhs. "il a répondu ça revient au même". Pour parler du petit déjeuner, c'est un buffet très limité (thé de la marque carrefour...). En comparaison, de l'autre Riad, nous avions au petit déjeuner des pains, gâteaux fait maison matin, yaourt avec touche de fleur d'oranger (top). Pour le diner, on avait pris deux coucous, c'était en petite quantité comparé à l'autre Riad. (la semoule en petite quantité colée au fond.. Pour nous, nous n'allons pas le recommander.

A great Riad

Great Riad, very central and fantastic staff. Patrice and Hussan really look after you and happily explain the city to you. They even tolerated my French with a smile! Rooms are very pretty and well sized, always clean. Breakfast was plentiful and extremely tasty. A 2 minute walk to the Kasbar Mosque and 15 minutes to the Centre of the old town, but through the picturesque old streets - great location.

Très beau riad!

Riad très propre, personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute du client et bon conseillé. Le Riad sent toujours bon, les chambres sont faites tous les jours et le petit déjeuner est un buffet très copieux avec un choix très variable et délicieux! Situé dans une petite ruelle à 10min à pieds de la place Jamaa el Fna. Je le recommande à tous! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir avec les enfants ( inch'allah).

きれいなステンドグラスで飾られたゴージャスなリヤド。遅く到着したにもかかわらず，快く迎え入れて下さった。早朝発だったが，時間外でも朝食を用意して下さった。次はゆっくり滞在してハマムやマッサージも体験したい。

Soggiorno di coppia di tre notti. Riad molto bello e ben arredato. Siamo stati molto bene! Ottima colazione e personale gentile e disponibile. Non fatevi spaventare dalla posizione: la zona è sicura e non si corrono pericoli. Certamente il quartiere è molto povero e gli odori non sono il massimo per chi arriva dall'Italia, però l'hotel è accogliente e pulito e si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere facilmente a piedi i più importanti punti d'interesse della città.

Centrally located riad

Situated in a quiet location a couple of minutes away from the kasbah. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very unsoundproof. Breakfast wasn't great. Wifi works in some of the rooms and communal areas. We had a nice dinner there which we prebooked. Driver service to and from the airport vety efficient

Lovely Riad close to the square.

This is a warm and friendly Riad, close to the square and once located, easy to travel to and from. Our hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. We booked a standard room which was a mistake. It's small (though we made it work). I would suggest an upgrade on room size (it's not much more) but all else was lovely. On a morning when we required an early breakfast for travels we were accommodated. Miss that fresh squeezed orange juice! Thanks to all who made our stay so lovely. I also recommend enjoying a Hamman. It was a welcome cleanize after the trip to the desert.

Week end in Marrakech

Ottima sistemazione. All'interno della kasba, a pochi metri dalle Tombe saudite. Piazza Jamal El Fna si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Riad molto pulito. Buona anche la colazione, nel periodo in cui ho soggiornato io, servita in terrazza.

Esperienza unica nel cuore della Kasbah

Il Riad Ksar Saad è perfetto per chi vuol vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile nel cuore della Kasbah! La struttura è molto bella, finemente arredata e ha una stupenda terrazza dalla quale ammirare il paesaggio circostante. A pochi passi da "La Place" centro pulsante della città. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Vivamente consigliato.

Grazioso Riad a due passi dalle Tombe dei Sauditi

Questo riad è stata una vera sorpresa. posizionato all'interno della kasba, in una zona centralissima che permette di raggiungere a piedi tutti i maggiori punti di interesse di Marrakech (3 minuti tombe dei Sauditi,15 min piazza Jamâa El-Fna). Personale molto cortese, camere spaziose e pulitissime, servizio impeccabile. L'ottima colazione viene servita tutte le mattine in terrazza. L'unica pecca se dovessi trovarne una è che la nostra camera non aveva finestre perché posizionata al piano terra.

Sono stato in questo Riad per 3 notti e devo dire che mi son trovato molto bene, camera piccola ma pulita, personale molto simpatico e sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le domande. Possiede anche la spa ma per carenza di tempo non ho potuto provarla. In pieno centro a soli 10 minuti dalla piazza principale

Riad au cœur de la Medina

Malgré une arrivée tardive à 23h à l'aéroport pour cause de retard de vol( 1h30)et une attente au passeport( 1h30) un taxi dépêché par la direction du Riad nous attendais à la sortie de l'aéroport. Un thé à la menthe nous attendait accompagné de pâtisseries Marocaines. Les chambres suffisamment grandes avec sdb, dans un décor typique .Au petit matin , Florence et son personnel nous accueillent avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et répond à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse, fidèle à la tradition Marocaine. Petit déjeuner copieux .Situation du Riad exceptionnelle, proche des tombeaux Saadiens, de la mosquée et des taxis, place Jemaa el Fna à 10 mn à pied. Nous sommes là au cœur de la ville. A deux minutes en sortant du Riad, le Kasba Café ou l'on mange , couscous, tajines et autres plats typiques, ou nous sommes les biens venus. J'étais avec mon épouse et mes deux petits enfants et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à Marrakech et au Riad Ksar Saad. Merci encore à Florence pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Riad très accueillant

Après une rapide immersion dans le brouhaha local, traversée du marché, mobylettes, vélos et odeurs très fortes, on arrive dans un lieu calme et reposant. On est accueilli par la responsable avec thé et gâteaux servi par Hamza. Florence nous a présenté les lieux et expliqué les visites incontournables tout en nous prodiguant de bons conseils. Pas de surprises en arrivant au riad, identique aux photos mises sur internet.
