De Riad en onze kamer zijn prachtig ingericht; mooie spullen, mooie kleurencombinaties en stijlvol neergezet. De douche is heerlijk warm en heeft een mooie inloop.
Het personeel is heel erg aardig en heel behulpzaam. De heer en vrouw des huizes spraken Engels, Frans en Arabisch.
Iedere dag word ons bed opnieuw opgemaakt, terwijl wij genieten van een verrukkelijk ontbijt.
Het dakterras is prachtig ingericht, met een grote overkapping tegen de zon en fijne (lig-)banken. Je kunt er ieder moment van de dag terecht.
De Riad ligt midden in de medina, op loopafstand van het grote plein, de Jamaa el Fna.
Het meest in het oogspringende is echter de mate van vertrouwen die de heer en vrouw des huizes hebben in hun gasten; Je mag uit de koelkast pakken wat je nodig hebt en doorgeven aan de eigenaren. De afrekening is aan het eind van het verblijf.
Als ik weer naar Marrakech kom, verblijf ik absoluut weer in Riad Timila.

Wonderful hosts, a Belgian and Moroccan couple, plus their fantastic staff, who took care of everything with great attention. Helped us with transfers and advice. Delicious food, we had dinner at the Riad twice and found it better than eating out at restaurants. Even the Moroccan wine they served was good! Location is just off the main pedestrian street and perfectly quiet despite proximity to Fna chaos. Lovely rooftop where we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. We also met other travelers and enjoyed breakfasts and dinners with them. We had the ‘big’ room on the 2nd floor which was very enjoyable for our couple’s getaway.

The location at the riad was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the souks and in close walking distance to the other sights. The hosts, Hansa and Michel were both very friendly and helpful in any way possible. They arranged several outings, where the hot air balloon ride was marvellous. Also the ride to the dessert and the dinner and pool at BE Agafay was excellent. The driver that they use was very friendly and a pleasant chauffeur in the mad traffic of Marrakesh.
The small riad Timila was charming, clean with an excellent breakfast.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Hasnae, Michel, Mouad et les cuisinières, tous sont simplement exceptionnels, Hasnae a été d’une communication efficaces, Michel nous a guider dans les alentours et le souk, toute l’équipe est très sympathiques et serviables. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et les dîner tout autant sinon plus. Endroit très calme, plein centre où tout est accessible aisément à pieds. Je recommande à tous sans hésiter. Si je reviens à Marrakech, je retourne à cet endroit assurément. Merci Hasnae, Michel, Mouad pour ces moments agréables.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Riad. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Gastgeber pflegten schon vorab eine sehr gute Kommunikation, so dass man sich schon beim Ankommen sehr wohl fühlte. Da die Gastgeber während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vor Ort waren, kümmerte sich MoUaD, ein Mitarbeiter, hervorragend um uns. MoUaD ist unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Travelled for 3 nights, 4 days, 2 sisters. Met with a wonderful welcome from the two owners. Very polite, friendly, showed us the places to go in the medina, actually took us there, made us feel safe. Even took us to the taxi area and helped us get a taxi.
Room was clean, maintained daily, bed was comfortable. The riad was lovely, clean. I would highly recommend staying here, a beautiful riad and amazing owners. Staff were very pleasant helped us with any queries.
Location is good, central, walking distance to taxi areas, main attractions. We tried to book a uber version once we got to the airport to take us to the hotel, however wasn't allowed, go to the taxi rank outside the airport costs about £13/14, approx. 25 min drive to riad. As the medina is a large area of souks etc we got lost getting to the riad and had to ask everyone the whole time. People were more than helpful but I would recommend putting the route into Google maps whilst at the airport connecting to the WiFi and then switching your mobile data off. The maps still work without connection and generally even through the square it got us to places.
Recommend visiting dar dar rooftop/ bacha coffee (get there very early, waiting list can go on for 3 hours), palaces, restaurant saffran and dar dar soukar.

It was lovely to have the quiet haven of Riad Timila right in the heart of the chaos that is the Marrakesh medina. We booked the larger room and it was superbly appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and we had breakfast (included) and one dinner (extra fee) on the rooftop. The hosts are very accommodating and made us feel welcome, even walking us down to the market the first evening to show us the way. The riad is very close to the bustling markets and the main square. I would absolutely stay here again.

We came to Marrakesh to celebrate my birthday, and this enchanting city completely captivated me. What truly made our stay unforgettable, was the exceptional care we received from Hasnae & Michel. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They were not only warm and helpful but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend highly enough! Our hosts Muad, Michel and Hasnae were wonderful - the riad is lovely, the food there is great, and we had a wonderful time. Close to everything but also enough out of the bustle for a really calm lovely stay.

An oasis of tranquillity in the very busy Medina in Marrakech . Hasna and Michel are gracious hosts who make you feel comfortable and provide whatever you need as their guest . They have a wonderful and kind staff . The Riad itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated and is in the heart of the Medina in walking distance to the many sights and shopping . Good restaurants are also nearby . I highly recommend staying at the Riad Timila .
