「Stellar service, staff, and atmosphere. Extended stay cuz it was soooo good. Older facilities, but clean and accessible. Card only (that’s rt, NO CASH. Other than tips) was a bit inconvenient, but they do provide conversion machines cash to card. Can’t wait to come back in snow season. 」

「Everything was very good. The only problem or issue I had was the shower curtain rod is straight and not curved. So as you take a shower the curtain touches you as you shower. A little Frustrating. 」

「We LOVED this hotel! Clean, near the highway, but without highway noise, large room, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, fridge, microwave, snacks available in the lobby...even the indoor pool wasn't too cold! If we travel back to the area, THIS is where we'll stay! Thank you!」

「It was extremely clean and comfy despite It being a dog friendly hotel. My significant other, dog and I were greeted with the nicest customer service you could ask for. The hotel was being worked on -> directly outside our room<- during our stay, however, we didn't even notice as the employees were so quiet and polite. This is definitely a hotel I will revisit. 「An employee named Chris met me at the check in area and was so sweet and friendly. Really went out of his way to help me with my luggage and rolled the luggage gondola to my room. I'm nearly 80 years old and have back and leg problems. I didn't ask him, he just helped! The hallways are clean and fresh, the room pristine.I definitely wilk come back here again. 」

「This motel is in downtown Gaylord, in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. It is affordable and clean. I prefer to stay here whenever I am in Gaylord. 」

「Great little condo. Appears to be recently updated and very clean and nice. Took a short weekend ski trip for a ski instructor training with my wife and 4 year old daughter. It has a sofa bed but didn’t use it because daughter insisted on sleeping in king bed with us which was plenty big. Within walking distance of everything at Boyne Mountain. Close enough to take breaks. No need to drive anywhere, just park your car. Kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch but we ate out for dinner....

「As a family of four we rented a 1 bedroom last year and it was sufficient. The 2 bedroom is awesome. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and easy access to boyne mountain and boyne tubing. Guests of BG can also valet skis for free at the base of the mountain rather than lugging back and forth.」

「Had a lovely time. Hot tub was an added bonus & the shuttle to the mountain was perfect! The condo itself was wonderful and had everything we needed.」
