「Rude staff - we requested an hour late check out - the lady who checked us in was very sweet and polite and said we can check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am -the next day we informed housekeeping when she was knocking at 10.50 that we have a late check out. Renting a tiny floating cabin sounded good in theory, but all the boats coming in and out made it rough just being on it with all the rocking back and forth.
