“There was no staff there to help with questions or things needed like extra towels or blankets. The pull out bed was dirty and had dust, leftover clothing from last persons stay. There wasn’t any glasses, utensils or anything in the kitchen. Just not what I expected”

“The bedrooms were cheaply kept up. The mattresses were nasty especially the pullout couch. You can definitely feel the bars if you’re sleeping on the pullout bed. The room stink, like pee and a lot of hookers. Probably stay at this hotel.”

“Staff was very accommodating! Cathy, the waitress at breakfast was outstanding!! By the second day she treated us like “regulars” and knew out preferences and was super friendly with us!! Kudos to the cook as well- she cooked great omelets and eggs.”

“Horrible service, this was supposed to be a family vacation, but it ended it up being a nightmare. The main pool was under maintenance during my 4 days stay with no previous advice about it, so we were moved to the adults only pool, but it was close most of the time, and since this hotel was an all-inclusive, the drinks were very far away from the pool and with no many varieties of drinks. This is an old Hotel which they are giving a retouch to be”

“Overall the house was great! We really enjoyed the beachy view/ house but I tried using the water to clean out the floor around the pool wi the the water hose and it was really broken with tape and I also don’t understand why there is t a microwave and there isn’t more things for the floors as far as the water because if there is a pool there should be a towel or something to keep from falling But overall the house was great, I enjoyed the big space and window view to the pool in the kitchen!”
