Experience all historic Martindale has to offer at the Western 24 Luxury Lofts. Located on the second floor of the fully restored Martindale Motor Company building, this 1-bedroom | 1-bath vacation rental offers a stylish stay in a Texas Registered Landmark. Amenities include a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. Come explore the charm of our authentic community, where you can shop, enjoy a craft cocktail, dine and experience great live music just steps away.
1. All Lofts (Skylark, Roadster, Coupe & Century Eight) other than Aero Dynamic are allowed a maximum of four (4) guests. The maximum number of guests for Aero Dynamic is five (5).

2. The minimum age for the primary renter is twenty-five (25).

3. No parties or events are allowed. Small gatherings of ten (10) individuals per loft are permitted.

4. No pets other than service animals.

5. Children and infants are permitted.

6. No smoking anywhere in any of Lofts or second floor hallway and stairs. Smoking is permitted outside, on the private balconies of Century Eight and Aero Dynamic

7. No open flames of any type are allowed in any Loft

This house was in the perfect location for our weekend. We could walk downstairs and enjoy dinner and drinks at Duetts. The apartment is very soundproof too, you can’t hear any noise from the bar downstairs

Comfortable bed, loud bar

LOVED the unit, decor, fragrances and the quality of everything inside. I wish there was an extra deadbolt or other way to lock once inside, I felt insecure. The bar downstairs has live bands that play past quiet hours. They have earplugs next to the bed but I wish I knew beforehand that was even an issue. Parking is not a problem at all, I just wish the listing itself mentioned that. I had to wait for a message to know the parking situation. Also there are two sets of stairs so if you’re super able-bodied that will be an issue for you as well.
