It’s also charming, somewhat quirky, clean, comfortable, has very nice room amenities and internet access, a friendly attentive staff, a nice bar and restaurant, a lovely pool, is waterfront and has a great front porch with rockers. "There was a mix up regarding a double booking. Theresa, the receptionist, was impossible to deal with. She yelled at me, hung up, refused to answer when I called back.
This occurred before we even arrived. The third party booking agency had to intervene, Theresa was rude and inhospitable.
I traveled with the sales and marketing director for the Marriott Ranch, and a long time customer service manager at a large feed distributor, they were flabbergasted by the overt rudeness. The issue was initially resolved by the booking agency until Theresa cancelled our reservation on the last day and tried to tell us to leave the hotel!
