“The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places. ”

“A great place to stay. Right by the waterfront and close to all the local shops and restaurants. Neat experience to stay in a heritage building in the heart of Kuching. Was a bit loud but the close proximity to the sites definitely makes up for it.
Getting to the parking was a bit tricky but eventually you’ll find it.
Will definitely recommend this hotel again! ”

“The hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved.
They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. ”

“The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech.
2 lifts to upstairs.
Will consider to stay next time.”
