Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Geräumiges Haus mit großem Garten und wunderschönem Pool. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im kleinen Stiava bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf incl. Apotheke und Tankstelle. Größerer Supermarkt ein paar km weiter. Stefania ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wer einen ruhigen, entspannenden Ort sucht (trotzdem nahe an den touristischen Zielen), ist hier richtig.

Great place for vacation

We enjoyed the house with its garden and pool very much. It is a very charming place. The house has a good charma and is fully equipped (kitchen, air conditioning etc). The best feature is the pool and the privacy since the garden is surrounded by 5 meter high hedges. The host (Stefania) is extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely villa

We enjoyed this villa with pool in this quiet neighbourhood. The whole lot is fenced and for private use. The house has a 70s charm and everything you need for nowadays living. Two double bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, one double bedroom with bathroom downstairs, two livingrooms (tv, books, games) and a large kitchen with dining table with access to the terrace and garden. The garden and terraces are lovely. The table outside easily seats eight Our car and our friend’s car fitted on the private property. Within minutes you find other villages, grocery shops and Viareggio at the beach. Daytrips to Pisa, Lucca and beaches. A car is highly recommended. Stefania is a happy lady with a big smile, lots of knowledge of things to see and do, restaurants, and she lives only a couple of minutes away just in case. Everything is set for a relaxed holiday. We can surely recommend a stay here!

Wunderschöner Toskana-Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Stiava verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es wurde an jedes noch so kleine Detail gedacht. Den gepflegten, privaten Garten mit Terrasse und dem schönen Pool haben wir sehr genoßen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal um die Sehens-würdigkeiten der Toskana, wie Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und Siena zu besuchen. Es ist ein Bäcker im Ort, der mit dem Fahrrad, welches im Ferienhaus zur Verfügung steht, in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stefania war jeder Zeit für uns ansprechbar und hat uns wertvolle Tips rund um unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Liebe Stefania, vielen Dank das wir unseren Urlaub in deinem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Stiavia verbringen durften.

1 week stay august 2023

The house was very nice, decorated in 70s style, it is a somewhat older house, but everything functions. Our host, Stefania was very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. She also explained everything. The garden is a dream with a pool and lots of shade and places to sit. One remark, the roads to and the access to the house are challenging with medium size cars, we drove a SUV and it wasn't easy. We had a very nice stay in Villa Gentillina and when we'll visit the area again, we will definitely stay at this house again.

Private Oase mit Pool

Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool im nahezu uneinsehbaren Garten ist traumhaft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen.

Wonderful and romantic

We stayed at Villa Genitilina for two weeks as a family of five with one teenager and two grownup children. We couldn’t have had a better Italian experience. The house is equipped with everything. Kitchen is fully stocked with all one needs to create a meal, but who wants to cook when you’re in Italy!!!!? The restaurants are fantastic! Many rooms for us to spread out, a wonderful backyard that is fenced and provides full privacy, A/C, parking two steps from main entrance within the gate. (We had a mid size car and it fit perfectly through the gate; a wider sedan or larger car may have a bit more difficulty just to be aware of. But there is always room on the street to park a car in front of the house.) The backyard (garden) and the pool are absolutely fantastic (filled with slightly salted water so no chlorine smell on skin - loved it). The backyard was my favorite space to hang out before and after our tours. Lots of seating areas, shaded or fully sun, whatever one prefers. The birds are so fun to watch. We saw different ones but one particular blackbird always paid us a visit and hung out with us daily near the pool. We named him “Helmut”, and greeted him every morning when he was busy bathing in the provided bird bath. There is also a BBQ grill, so I walked to the local butcher (right across from the bakery) and purchased some fresh beef and pork steaks. I kid you not when I say that these were the best steaks we ever had: the meet was so tender, both beef and pork, it was amazing. The area where the house is located is just lovely. I loved to walk the little alleyways and engage with the locals at stores or on the street. A restaurant (Pizzeria Macedo - can highly recommend), bakery, little café, two little grocery stores (think mom & pop store, not chain stores) and the best gelateria in the area are all within walking distance. All the owners are super friendly and speak some English so ordering food or purchasing items has never been difficult. Our lovely host Stefania welcomed us in person and was always available for questions during our stay. We felt like we were vacationing with friends, so warm and friendly was our interaction with her. She speaks fantastic English and our communication with her couldn’t have been better. To me that is an important factor as there will always be some question. You will fall in love with that place, all around. Thank you Stefania for helping to make our Italy visit so nice and memorable.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr netter Kontakt, es verlief alles unkompliziert und reibungslos von Buchung bis Abfahrt. Das Ferienhaus ist optimal ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. In einem sehr gemütlichen 70er Jahre flair, sehr grossem Garten und tollem Pool haben wir 2 tolle Wochen trotz Pandemie erleben dürfen. Grössere Städte, der Strand sowie unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.

wunderschönes sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool

Dieses schöne Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Haus und Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer Ortschaft, wo man sehr gut zu Fuß alle Einkäufe erledigen kann. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Silvia hat uns sehr gut betreut. Schlüsselübergabe etc. haben wunderbar geklappt.

Very relaxing holidays

We had two very relaxing weeks at Stefania‘s and Silvia‘s beautiful house. The little village Stiava and the house have everything you need for daily life so that you even do not need to go anywhere by car: tiny supermarket, bakery, butcher, pizzeria and ice cream store. The pool is big, the garden big enough to play soccer and table tennis and everywhere places to relax in the sun or shadow. We felt safe despite COVID as everyone was wearing masks at public places and tried to keep distance. Everyone was very friendly, especially with our kids. Towns like Lucca and Pisa were less crowded than in normal times which made the visit much more pleasant and we could keep distance to others as necessary in current times. We would come back again!

Bella struttura elegantemente arredata e con oggetti di pregio. Fornita di ogni comfort, elettrodomestici nuovi, arredi da giardino, aria condizionata, stoviglie e accessori di cucina di ogni genere, bella biancheria e strumenti di svago (libri, racchette e tavolo da ping pong, carte ecc). Molto riservato il giardino circondato da alberi e bella piscina privata. Poco distante dalle rinomate spiagge della Versilia. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici. Grazie Silvia per l'accoglienza!

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Lage in Stiava, der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch sehr nette Vermieter und völlig problemlose Übergabe. Auch bei Fragen nach Tipps kam sehr schnell Antwort. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Villa in toller Lage

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia bei unserer Ankunft empfangen und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Die Villa Gentilina ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Objekt, Garten und der Pool sind sehr sauber. Die Besitzer legen sehr viel Wert aufs Detail. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine top ausgestattete Küche (u. a. Filterkaffeemaschine, Gasherd) mit allem, was man braucht, ermöglichen einen erholsamen Urlaub und eine entspannte Zeit auch mit mehreren Personen - unter anderem Klimaanlage, Außenrolläden, automatisches Tor zum Parkplatz, Grill. Wer auf WLAN nicht verzichten kann, hat eine einwandfreie Verbindung. Das Grundstück liegt mitten in Stiava. Der Ort bietet vom Bäcker, über Fleischer, kleinem Supermarkt, Pizzeria bis zu einer leckeren Eisdiele alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Supermärkte sind in Viareggio und Umgebung in ausreichender Form gut erreichbar. In gut 10 Minuten ist man an einem schönen Sandstrand - auch ohne Retauration und Sonneliegen. Viareggio, Pietrasanta (toll zum Essen und für Kunstliebhaber), Lucca oder auch das Bolgheri sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren mit 2 Personen für 2 Wochen dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Check in hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten und Pool ebenso. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Strand. Stiava bietet alles was man braucht- Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt und eine nette Eisdiele. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen!

Tuscany Tour

Villa gentillina is a great family home and the layout, equipment and facilities served all our needs as we were a family of five which included our grown up adult children, aged 24, 22 and 19. Come prepared to deal with what the hot weather and humidity brings and you will find Villa gentillina a welcome home to come back to after any days out sightseeing, or simply spend the day at the pool and have your own barbecue which we did on one of our days. There is enough space to enjoy the place together or have your own private space too with some peace and quiet in the reading room. Practicality and access to the property and the immediate surrounds is achievable with a Tiguan sized car (2010 plate), but any bigger would test your driving skills. The car parking and private gates were a real bonus as of course was the pool. Stiava itself is a small town with enough resource to enjoy a self catering lifestyle and has a fantastic pizzeria from which you can take away from, however we did travel out of the town to Viareggio which has a beautiful promenade and a varied selection of restaurants and shops which proved to be far busier / more lively and within easy reach. We visited the region to visit many places in and around Tuscany and found that villa gentillina provided the ideal combination of privacy, relaxation and comfort as well as a great host in Silvia who gave us some great recommendations and advice on arrival, including the nearby beach clubs in lido di camaiore ,thank you for a wonderful stay. Very nice, helpful and friendly owners. With Lucca and Pisa nearby the Villa is located very good. Beachside also is reachable quite fast within 20 Minutes.

Une charmante demeure dans la campagne toscane

Une très belle maison située dans une petite ville à proximité de la station balnéaire de Viareggio. Un endroit calme, avec un jardin très joliment arboré et parfaitement entretenu. Une jolie piscine sans aucun vis-à-vis, avec de nombreux accessoires de jeux. La maison est parfaitement entretenue, décorée avec goût dans le style des années 70, mais sans excès. Équipements parfaits, propreté impeccable, bonne literie. La communication avant notre séjour avec la propriétaire Stefania Dal Pino ainsi que l’accueil étaient parfaits. Une charmante attention à notre arrivée (vin et douceurs apéritives). La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter Pise Florence, Siennes. Les commerces sont très proches. Bref, un séjour très agréable, que nous recommandons vivement. Merci encore à Stefania Dal Pino pour sa gentillesse.

Es war einfach Traumhaft

Als erstes möchte ich Vielen dank an die Vermieterin sagen. Der Check IN Vorgang war super und wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Das angetroffene Objekt war in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (1,3) und einem befreundeten Pärchen vor Ort. Wir haben mit den Kindern die obere Etage bezogen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad. Wir hatten eine Klimaanlage im Flur und haben noch den Ventilator aus dem Stauraum unter der Treppe verwendet, sodass wir die Schlafräume abkühlen könnten. Unsere Freunde haben das Schlafzimmer im EG genommen und hatten im Schlafraum eine Klimaanlage und auch ein eigenes Bad. Für unseren kleinsten stand ein Kinderbett ( Reisebett) zur Verfügung mit einer richtigen Matratze, was wir wirklich super fanden. Die Küche hat einen Gasherd und ist wirklich voll ausgestattet samt Gewürze und Filterkaffemachine oder Mokka. Der Salzwasser Pool war sehr sauber ( jeden Freitag kam der Pool Boy). Wir haben Abends Tischtennis gespielt ( Schläger 4 vorhanden) oder saßen gemütlich draußen. Das einzige Problem am draußen aufhalten egal zu welcher Uhrzeit sind die Mücken, trotz Autan oder Anti Brumm und duftkerzen wurden wir schon heftig gestochen. Dies hat uns aber nicht den Urlaub verdorben. Der Ort indem wir waren war super, da wir von hieraus schnell in Pisa, Lucca oder Florenz waren und selbstverständlich auch Viareggio. Stiava selber ist zum verlieben, da wir sehr oft in der örtlichen Pizzeria Macedo essen waren ( dahinter ist ein großer Spielplatz auch im dunklen beleuchtet), Brötchen kann man beim Bäcker holen oder bei den zwei Supermärkten im Ort. Ein. Richtiges Highlight ist die Eisdiele, egal was ihr bis jetzt gegessen habt, dieses Eis ist die Reise alleine Wert. Alles im allen war dies ein tolles Objekt und eine wirkliche Empfehlung wert. Einen kleinen Punkt würde ich jedoch noch anmerken, die zwei Treppen sind nicht mit Treppenschutz Gittern versehen, daher würde ich mich freuen wenn Sie dies ändern könnten.lg Familie Köhler, danke

Es hat nichts gefehlt um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Vermieterin hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Einkäufe etc. Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren perfekt.

Exzellentes Urlaubsdominzil

Zu sechst war das Haus für unseren Sommerurlaub in der Toscana perfekt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist groß, sauber, und direkt am Haus gelegen. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Zimmeraufteilung, ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Es gibt eine Wachmaschine und eine Tischtennisplatte aus Beton (haben wir sehr oft genutzt). Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett (Schwestern) und sind für Fragen oder Wünsche stets gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Fußnähe im Ort (Bäckerei, Apotheke etc.) sowie mit dem Auto die Supermärkte Conad (ca. 5 Minuten) und Esselunga in Lido di Camaiore (15-20 Minuten). Im Ort gibt es eine sehr gute Pizerria (Pizzeria Macedo) nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
