“I stayed there for 3 nights. My room had 2 beds, a double and a single. From the first night I slept in a double room and was attacked by bugs, I didn't know what kind of bugs it was. Told reception the next morning and they promised they would spray the room. The same thing happened the second night, and I ended up putting the tower on the single bed to sleep”

“Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was certainly a good size. I did not realize there was no air conditioning and upon arrival the room was very warm.
