「The room was very clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful when in need of washing. We accidentally locked the restroom late at night, and when we messaged asking for assistance, they responded immediately, and showed up within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. The gentleman who assisted us was understanding, helpful, and kind. We love staying at this place because of its close proximity to the beach, cleanliness, and quietness.」

「First of all I don’t know why this place has so many good reviews is questionable??? The room was not clean at all. Smell of urine, had to go buy bleach/Lysol to wipe everything down. The floor was so dirty that by the time I finished the white towel was black. Found a spider behind the headboard almost headed to the bed….Guess coming out after the smell with bleach and Lysol. When housekeeping comes in I know they will notice the great small and how clean the room is will be glad less they...

「En cuanto al personal ,salí muy disgustada de allí ,no iré nunca más ,trabajé muchos años en la Cadena Hetelera Meliá he Iberostar cadenas insignias en el mundo hotelero y nunca vi un trato tan despota y poco profesional del Manager General de ese Hotel. Con respecto a las normas que ellos tienen sobre los service dog.,con lo cual no estuve de.acuerdo y me dio problemas pues mi hija de 14 años llevaba su animal de asistencia ,pero en el supuesto caso que el tuviera la razón fue muy poco...

「The property, the room, where you parked, all were very, very good I have to say most coffees when you travel in your room is awful and I need to tell you the coffee in this room was excellent I didn’t like several things though I didn’t care for the shower because the showerhead was too high and no grab bars at all. You don’t have to be disabled, handicap, or old, to need grab bars. Next is no microwave in the roomand I was told it was because they didn’t want to smell of food in the hallway...
