「The property and the room were great, staff was very helpful on all shifts. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We needed to ask once in our 5 day to have the room serviced but the rest of the time the room was taken care of very well. Our 4th floor beachside balcony gave us a very nice view each day. Our final evening on the balcony was ruined by someone smoking a cigar nearby. Breakfast was usual hotel food with eggs and waffles and cereals and pastries. My main issue was the beach. The...

「We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it」

「The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. 「The room and bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were corroded and rusty, and the cleaning solution they used smelled awful - mostly like bleach, and there was still mold/mildew in the shower. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property. The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower.」
