“The room was clean. The staff was good. The walls are paper thin. The people in the next room were playing loud video games most of the night. The boiler broke. No hot water to shower. ”

“We stayed on New Year’s Day and the hotel was extremely busy, with only one front desk associate, Chea, assisting guests. She truly did her best to accommodate everyone and remained helpful and professional despite how hectic it was. Our room was perfect for my family. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep after spending the evening in St. Augustine for Nights of Lights. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would return.”

“Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. ”

“Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!”
