“Clean Room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Beach in walking distance.”

“This property is very much overpriced. They charge $25 a day for beach access, while there is free beach access a short walk from the hotel. They have a small outdoor pool. The rooms are very small, There was only room for one night stand, the bed was literally 1 foot from the wall on the window side. Breakfast in the morning was extremely limited and had to be ordered in advance and was delivered to the room by a very nice person, but a tip was expected. Each guest is offered 1 sausage……

“First day breakfast was terrible with hardly any food left as they had run out. Hot tub was not hot but luke warm. Also property was higher priced than Expedia said but after showing them confirmation they came down to price but charged us 45.00 for parking which was never disclosed and parking was full so they left us park by the front door. Employees nice but wouldnt book there again.”

“Lobby and room smelled nice. AC was kicking in the lobby & hallway, but the room AC never got Cold & the refrigerator was OFF and unknown to me until the next morning. Thanks!”

“Breakfast was great. The tub doesn't drain and the bathroom doesn't close. Though the bed frames are old...the mattress was comfortable enough to sleep in. The staffs were great. ”

“We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it”

“Bring some warm clothes for when you’re in the hotel. They keep the AC cranked all day and night. No need to be that cold. ”

“We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really……

“Clean, wonderfully situated at the end of the Bridge of Lions. Easy to walk across into St. Augustine proper. They recommended a shuttle service to the Amphitheater and it was excellent! Nice breakfast included as well. Would most definitely stay again!”

The staff made everything seamless—especially allowing us to easily drop off our bags at the front so we could start enjoying our trip right away.
