"Parking fee of 15 dollars is ridiculous. Also upon checking in on Saturday the front desk clerk was being chewed out by someones wife for fooling around with their husband. It was alittle uncomfortable standing there while this was taking place."

"There were no drawers to put our clothes. The shower needed scrubbing and the drain needs Drano. The metal barrier on the sides of the bed frequently made noise. The front staff were very polite and friendly. The Trolley stop at the motel is very convenient. The breakfast had variety of items. "

"I want to start by saying that this lodge is in a wonderful location and the staff is amazing! We arrived really early and asked if we could check in early to put our suit cases in our room, Ronda told us as soon as the room is cleaned we could check in, but we could leave our luggage in the back room if we wanted. She also let us know about the area, and recommended the trolley tour which stops right by the lodge. We went on the tour and it was great! When we got back our room was ready. The room was nicely renovated and pretty, but that's where it ends. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything! It also seemed like our neighbors above us were practicing Irish step dancing, it was excessive and loud. The mattress was hard, the AC was very loud, the blackout curtains didn't block light around the edges, and we found 2 dead baby spiders in our bed. I slept terribly. "
