"The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. "Todd was a great host. Very easy going and quick to respond. There were some little things here or there with the property but with being at the beach and the constant guests it was easily overlooked. Nothing worth fussing over."

"The stay was exactly what we where looking for. We went into St. Augustine for a day and were pleasantly surpised. Then did 2 relaxing days on the beach outside our door. The pool was was warm and refreshing also. I would stay there again."
