"Just returned from a five day rental in Crescent Beach Florida. This is a large villa which easily accommodated 14 participants. The house has a spectacular waterfront location with a walkway to a wide sandy beach.This house is right on A1A about 6 miles south of the heart of St Augustine with very easy access to all the historic sites there. A major supermarket is close.The unit itself had a main kitchen and two other smaller kitchens. These are amply supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Some basic spices supplied in cabinet. There were numerous bedroom choices. The common spaces and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The host responded promptly to questions and concerns throughout the trip.Would definitely recommend this villa for a large group."

"Great place to stay. Unfortunately it rained all the time we were there. I look forward to staying again when the weather is nicer. My grandchildren still enjoyed the beach in the rain. This unit is well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable.. The location was good for us and the beach uncrowded. i have absolutely no complaints."

"Everything about the beach house exceeded expectations. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer. One of our party is already thinking about returning. Hurricane Imelda missed St. Augustine and didn't prevent us from traveling to Florida, but she roiled up the surf and provided us with an unforgettable view."

"I rented the house to celebrate my 50th Birthday with a group of my closest friends & family from over the different phases of life. This house was the perfect house!!! Every aspect of the house exceeded our expectations. There is enough space for you to go spend quiet time on your own outside or in the house. And the entertaining rooms are large enough for everyone to be in the same space at the same time & still not feel crowded. The beach was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were defintely a huge hit. I think some ladies might have only left the pool to sleep and eat. There was plenty of parking. The host service (iTrip) was AMAZING. I was having issues getting the iPad to turn on for the surround sound & decided I would just use my speaker from home, but they sent someone out right away anyway. Come to find out it was a button on the screen to unlock the screen... I don't have Apple Products & felt so bad that he came out, but he didn't seem to mind at all. The main refrigerator is CRAZY BIG & then there is a second one downstairs too & also a wet bar fridge in the game room. I can not recommend this house enough. If we could afford to rent it during the holidays or over the summer we would, but it is crazy expensive during the summer months. If you have the money to rent it though..it is defintely worth it. "

"Wonderful view. Cant get any closer to the water unless your on a boat. Owner was very informative and easy to contact. House was furnished with almost everything you would need. Perfect for a family getaway!!"
