“The carpet felt sticky, the staff was very helpful after a problem with my room she was able to find me a nicer room with a partial ocean view and she always referred to me by name which was very kind. The pool situation was terrible, no one was monitoring the people drinking alcohol with children inside the pool, the adults drinking never left the pool to use a restroom while the drinking continued non stop. Children were not being monitored. There were not enough seats for the amount of people……

“I have no complaints at all. Staff very friendly. I was able to do my check-in 3 hours earlier when I told them that I drove 7 1/2 hrs. from NW Georgia and haven’t slept for 24 hrs. The room was super clean with extra towels and toilet paper. It had a small fridge that was very convenient. The air conditioner worked great! Plenty of spaces for parking. Best of all… it’s the location! To the right you have a gas station and to the left you have Salt Life Food Shack (great place for food &……

“Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with……
