「Het is echt een bijzonder fijn hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Echt alles was goed; de kamer, de locatie, het personeel en het ontbijt. Het is een redelijk nieuw hotel en ziet er mooi uit. De foto’s op de site komen goed overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het contact via de app met het personeel (Enza) was heel prettig en behulpzaam. Het was ook mogelijk om wat vroeger in te checken. Boek dit hotel omdat je er absoluut geen spijt van gaat krijgen!!」

「The cave room was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Domenica was very responsive to all our questions prior to our arrival. She was very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations on how to make the most of our short stay in magical Matera.」

「All the things were great, except that the check out arrangement were terrible. The staff supposed to arrange a shuttle bus for us to go back the car park. However, the staff didn't tell us and did not answer the phone, when the shuttle is arrived. So we missed the shuttle and the outside temperature is over 35 degree , so we have to find our way back to the car park.」
