「Excellent, clean, friendly staff.」

「This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.」

「Great proximity to Poas Volcano! Beautiful view and cozy room. The bathtub did not get very hot, but probably just due to its large size. The property is very well-maintained and breakfast was delicious! Also helpful and friendly staff (including Coco, the large white fluffy dog). I wish we stayed longer!」

「Daniel and his wife were very kind and accommodating. The property is really great, the way they have it laid out, to feel like a garden area in the back. We especially like the breakfast area !! Breakfast was hearty and yummy. Shuttle service was great. Very conveniently located to the airport. Felt like it was in a neighborhood with an instantly surprised me, but all was good and safe.」

「We arrived late and we were guided all the way」

「We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .」
