Not for Seniors or persons with mobility challenges
The property is ideal for a young family. It is spacious and offered two bedroom and two full bathrooms, spacious kitchen with a variety of dishes, pots and pans and inclusive of stove, microwave, refrigerator, laundry room inclusive of washer and drier. The property is located off of the main road within reasonable walking distance of public transportation. The neighbourhood seemed relatively peaceful and friendly. Unfortunately, I found the navigation of the property very challenging. First, to access the property, require a climb up four flights of stairs - over 20 threaders. In addition, both bedrooms and bathrooms are located above the ground floor. Thirdly, the only television in the house is located programmes.
The availability of everything on one level would have been most ideal. In addition, given the space a television would be a necessary inclusion in the bedroom as well. local information is always useful to keep abreast with current affairs.
