「Room was gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Location of it being away from the main area of phi phi is amazing - so much less crowded and so peaceful. It is a hike to the main town - about 30 minutes, so be prepared for that if you plan on doing anything near the pier. The private beach was amazing! 」

My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz."

「Das Personal war durchweg großartig und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und definitiv ein Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Zimmerservice hat täglich gründlich gereinigt, was ich sehr positiv empfunden habe.
Was mir im Zimmer gefehlt hat, waren grundlegende Möbel wie Schränke, eine Kommode oder ein Nachttisch. Das ist kein Luxus, aber für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig.

「酒店在长滩，比较安静，有自己的海滩，早上下水没有乱石头，比较好玩。我们一行7个人，订了一间3人房一间4人房，很方便。3人房能看到小部分海景。四人房空间比较大。酒店有一次免费的来回长尾船接送服务，提供于入住和退房时。其他时间要100-150b单次。早餐挺好吃的，是自助形式，餐厅消费不算高，出品也好吃。工作人员都充满笑脸，每天都会提供新的沙滩毛巾。就是信号比较弱，房间没有网络，必须依靠wifi。三人房的朋友跟我说房间wifi经常连不上。」
