Todo el personal muy amable, nos regalaron unos detalles sorpresa, Alberca grande, actividades para niños, adultos, variedad de restaurantes, a pie de playa, comunicacion entre los 4 hoteles del El CID, en general todo muy bien, habitación con vista al mar y a la alberca solo la habitación que nos tocó tenía algunos detalles, sobre todo el baño le falta remodelación, de ahí en más todo excelente

The room in the tower was clean and comfortable. There wasn't much of a variety for breakfast restaurants. The staff everywhere on the resort were friendly and kind. Nit much for evening entertainment. There was only karaoke and blackjack that alternated in the evenings...one night a 2 person band. The shows are really early and only in the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant food wasn't anything wonderful. The Mexican and Italian restaurants fir dinner were fabulous. The buffet by the beach was disgusting... the food covers would be open and birds eating right out of them... The entertainment/activities during the day were fun and there were a lot of things through the day.

Rooms were clean but dated, A/C barely kept room cool! Pool view with no view of ocean. Pool chairs always reserved with no one in them for many hours. No access to beach chairs either. Staff were amazing and friendly.

Staff here are so friendly and service was great. Fabian took time to talk to us in the mornings, he was welcoming and kind. Mario at the Italian restaurant was funny and kind, and provided great service as well. Everyone did a great job, and work so hard. The accommodations are clean and the building is also clean throughout. We had a small issue with our room that came up mid way through our trip, but we were moved right away and there were no other problems. Thanks for a great stay.
