The place was just okay. It got the job done. It was somewhat updated but it was kind of a half job. I didn’t notice any weird smells. We had four people and it was really nice to have our own beds and it was in a very quiet area. The beds, however, were very squeaky. I would not have wanted to share the bed. Three rooms are near each other in the main living area of the house. The fourth bedroom is downstairs near the garage and it only has one exit, the door to the room. There is no window or other way to get out so I’m not even sure if that is legal because I think it’s a fire hazard. The kitchen had only the basics which was okay for making breakfast. I did appreciate the fact that the listing stated it had a CO2 detector because not all nearby locations had them. I hope the owners can make a few adjustments for improvement for the future.
