「I stayed in this lovely studio while getting my son moved in to CU Boulder. The unit is exactly as described. The space was perfect for just me. Modern bathroom; extremely comfortable bed, nice selection of morning teas. Very easy walk to downtown with so many wonderful places to eat and drink. Would definitely book again.」

Location was convenient to major highways, stores, restaurants, and etc. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe as I was able to walk around to exercise, get proper rest, and even work remotely. The location is also great if planning to tour, as I did around Denver, Colorado Springs, and other surrounding cities. The host was responsive and answered any questions I had. 「Overall it was fine but it’s not well kept. No hand soap in the bathrooms, towel holders and TP holders falling off the wall, sink plugs not connected, stained carpets and cleaning could be better. But it wasn’t dirty, beds we’re comfortable enough and it worked for what we needed. Would be easy to make this a 5 star place with a little maintenance and accommodation. 」

「The overall layout of the unit is nice with bathroom for each bedroom. The beds however are not big enough for an adult couple to sleep comfortably.The living area is comfortable and big. The kitchen is well stocked and parking easy. Carpet worn and stained and couches which are vinyl torn. Dogs upstairs barked all night and when we arrived the fire alarm batteries were low and beeped. They did come to replace the next morning.
