Had a great time at Loma verde. Rooms were very comfortable, bright and equipped with anything you need. The staff were very friendly and I really appreciate the concierge messaging me upon arrival. He made our stay very comfortable and we could reach out to him with any questions. The one thing I would say that could be improved was the gym space. There was only one of each cardio equipment. A couple evenings there were six people present in the gym and I had to leave due to lack of space. I would highly recommend this location and will hopefully return in future

The property is nice and the room is clean, HOWEVER, the staff is rude and is not helpful in any way whatsoever!! I would never stay here again. I was a victim of theft and the staff could not be any less helpful or compassionate. A tour guide from a private company was assisting me with my situation and came to the property to assist me. Because I did not have a phone (it was stolen), the tour guide asked the front desk to contact me so that I could be helped. They were extremely rude to the only person that was assisting me and did not give me the any messages left for me. Horrendous customer service!! Awful!

I really enjoyed my stay at Loma Verde because it had a washer/dryer and the apartment felt as if I lived there. I especially liked that I was only 12mins away walking distance from Provenza, and all the other bars including restaurants at the main strip. The hospitality and service at the hotel was really excellent especially from Mateo because he always was on top of my request. I'm looking forward to coming back to Loma Verde because it has 24 hour security, and they have a gym, sauna and also steam room. Thanks Paul, and the rest of the staff!

The one bedroom condo was decorated beautifully and is modern and is the perfect size for longer stays! Five star comfort. King beds! It's just nicer if that's what you have at home. Security and staff have been great. More of a family style place. Not sure what the visitor policy is, but I would guess they only want registered guests here. The pool would be the perfect temperature if they had a Jacuzzi or hot tub also, but otherwise is a little on the cooler side. They do have a sauna which has to be booked, but if empty, you can jump inside for a few minutes to warm up for the short walk back to your unit. No alcoholic drinks allowed at the pool, which makes the pool not so useful, but make sure to get some generic plastic cups as labeled cans are not allowed. I enjoy the walk downhill to Provenza area before sunset, and then I always just take an Uber home after dark to stay safe and avoid the uphill walk.

Wenn du die Wohnungen buchst, musst du für die Zimmerreinigung extra bezahlen und bekommst frische Handtücher nur auf Anfrage. Wir haben unter anderem auch eine Rückerstattung für die Tage wo nicht gereinigt wurde angefordert und bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Nichts für mich - nie wieder!

I would first like to say thank you to Loma verde for hosting me as this was a fantastic stay to say the least. I came here with the heavy heart of my dad's passing. Nonetheless the Loma verde team treated me with so much love, compassion, kindness, and respect. I would like to give a special thank you to John! John along with his front desk team made my stay so warm. It was nothing I could not ask they were there to always answer any questions or service you in anyway they can going beyond the call of duty! Just an outstanding front desk staff to stay the least especially JOHN! He made my stay here so pleasant and so kind. I am a solo traveler, and even when I was out the front desk, Wood sent me a message. Just making sure that I was OK and safe and sound. The security team was outstanding as well always friendly, but not too friendly… always polite and completely made my stay here feel so absolutely safe! There's also another young man At the front desk who just always made my day with the warm smile on his face when welcoming me! Even helping me with pesos when I didn't have any both him and John or just a delight and they were the reason I extended must stay because I felt like "Home Away From Home". Special thank you to this incredible staff for such a warm and loving stay. I'm looking forward to coming back in the same apartment unit as it truly felt like home. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Medellin, and it isn't even close. Superb, English speaking staff. Security is top notch without being overbearing. Everything is up to date and anything I needed was already in the room, literally everything was thought through, there was even laundry powder already there. The whole vibe was incredible, I walked down to Parque Lleras and took a cab back up daily. I am only staying here when I visit Medellin, no more looking for the right place anymore. Should be 6 stars.
