「A thoughtfully curated, charming and clean property ideally located for those who want to explore the greater Boston area. Situated in walking distance of a variety of breakfast and dinner places, right in the heart of a charming neighborhood. Stayed for three days with my daughter to tour colleges. Made a great base camp to return to after walking campuses all day! Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries and made us feel most welcome. 」

「We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....
